I am a former HR professional pivoting to UX Content Writing after discovering a passion for storytelling, crafting clear instructions, crafting knowledge bases, simplifying complex content, and improving overall user experiences. I am passionate about people, have excellent interpersonal skills, and hold a BS in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I currently still hold a SHRM Certified Professional Certification. I am a mom to two amazing boys. I am also a proud and loving spouse to my US veteran.
