As a participant of a new training course, I have been able to practice and learn how to pivot while also providing feedback to fine-tune the creator's training course before she launches it to the public. This particular exercise was very fun, and I truly enjoyed the freedom to be creative with the tone, voice, and branding in my microcopy.
